Clinic & Camp Registrations

• Cancellations made 7+ days prior to an event will receive a credit (not a refund)

• Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable

• No-shows are non-refundable

• Credits may be applied toward future events

Weather & Rescheduling

 

• Events may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

• Registrations will be transferred to the rescheduled date

• If a participant cannot attend the new date, a credit may be issued

Credits

 

• Credits may be used toward future events or services

• Credits are non-transferable and expire after 12 months

Merchandise

 

• All sales are final (no returns or exchanges)

 

We reserve the right to make exceptions in special circumstances at our sole discretion.
